Restructuring: Genius Property Teamcare LTD
Restructuring:
Genius Teamcare Limited has on the 16 March 2020 officially bought Genius Property Teamcare LTD (GPT LTD) including all assets, liabilities, licenses/licences, issued share capital and rights. Over the last 6 months we have been restructuring our business. Since May 2015 we have been trading as (GPT LTD) (SC506764). On 21 August 2019 we incorporated a second business called Genius Teamcare Limited (SC639426).
Therefore (GPT LTD) is now a 100% subsidiary of Genius Teamcare Limited.
Our day to day business has been undertaken by Genius Teamcare Limited since August 2019, but (GPT LTD) have retained title to all the licenses and franchises until they expire. All future licenses will be renewed with Genius Teamcare Limited.
We have also renamed Genius Property Teamcare LTD as Genius Renovate Limited (www.genius-renovate.com), which is now a franchise of Genius Teamcare Limited.
