HOW THE FRANCHISE WORKS:
a. We provide up to 2 weeks work per month to get you started.
b. We help you find customers, price jobs and enrol you in our Gteam Connect Training Academy for the next two weeks, while giving you 100 percent support setting up your customers.
c. With our Gteam Connect franchise we charge a fee for the franchise, which is based on the value the customers are to you. As we source the customers and rent them to you, we essentially own the customers. That is how we control the franchise. Under no circumstances can the customers be used as collateral. If you decide to sell your franchise, we can help you to find a buyer and advise you. When selecting a buyer we will help compensate you for whatever effort you have made in developing your franchise. As the franchisor we have the final say in any purchase price and buyer.
d. With the relevant add-on features activated within the Gteam Connect administration, you can select two to five feature sets including: Payments, Trade, Jobs, Improve and Adverts. Some are detailed below:
- 100 percent support in all tax, insurance and, if you want to employ staff, direction in taking on staff, for the total time you are a franchisee.
- Set up bank accounts, PayPal or Square account, public liability insurance and all legal documents. We want you to feel privileged to be part of our team.
- Some of our franchises are limited companies. So, if you want to incorporate your franchise we can guide you through the process. (For legal reasons we do not advise you to incorporate with the words Genius Teamcare, Genius Renovate, JoineryFX, Turfheads or Genius Staykleen in your company name, but you may use these words as a tradename (e.g. [your_company_name ltd t/as Genius Renovate XX]). Our logos are also subject to intellectual copyright).
- Pay for all advertising and stationery you will need. If you want us to provide corporate clothing please give us your requirements and we will provide these at cost price.
- Any new customers we receive through advertising that are within your catchment area will be assigned to your franchise. We also have an arrangement to trade customers between franchisees. If you want to do this, please contact John Crook. We call our business ‘Genius Teamcare’ because we care for our teams.
